What the reviewers said

Android Police US

7/10Dec 13, 2025

A thin, well-built, reasonably priced mid-range phone with very fast charging and long software support, held back by an average camera and battery life.

  • Very thin and light (5.99mm, 159g)
  • Eye-catching Pantone colour options and solid build
  • Very fast 68W wired charging
  • Long software support: four OS and five security updates
  • Good 2x zoom and solid main camera for fun photos
  • Wide-angle camera is weak and inconsistent
  • Battery life is merely adequate for its size
  • No true always-on display option
  • No option to switch between 4G and 5G
  • Mid-range chip gets warm during gaming

Tech Advisor UK

3.5/5Nov 21, 2025

A very thin, light phone with strong battery life and great design, but cluttered software, weak zoom and a short update promise make it hard to recommend.

  • Slim, light and attractive silicone-backed design
  • Strong battery life for an ultra-slim phone
  • Solid main and selfie cameras
  • Robust durability with IP68/IP69 and MIL-STD-810H
  • Lower price than ultra-slim rivals
  • Bloatware and ads clutter the software
  • Only four years of OS updates
  • No telephoto camera; digital zoom looks poor
  • Mid-range chipset with occasional stutters
  • Not sold in the US

The Verge US

6/10Nov 5, 2025

A super-slim phone with strong battery life and durable design, undermined by heavy preinstalled ads and bloatware, basic cameras and midrange performance.

  • Very slim 5.99mm design
  • Large 4,800mAh battery for its thickness
  • Durable silicone back with IP68/IP69 rating
  • 68W wired charging
  • Ultrawide camera included
  • Heavy preinstalled ads and bloatware
  • Basic camera system with no telephoto
  • Midrange Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor
  • Only four years of OS updates
  • Gorilla Glass 7i more fragile than rivals
